Behavioral Therapy (BT) (ABA)

Student Counseling (CBT and DBT)

Our student counseling services incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). CBT helps students identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors, fostering improved emotional regulation and problem-solving skills. DBT focuses on teaching mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Through these counseling methods, we support students in developing healthy coping strategies, enhancing their emotional well-being and resilience.
